About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is also a technologist—someone who doesn’t just design screens, but understands how software works under the hood.
You’ll be our first product hire and work closely with the founding team to build a world-class automation platform. This isn’t just a UI/UX role.
We need someone who’s shipped software, understands databases and SaaS architecture, and can talk code (or even write it). If you're a vibe coder who loves turning messy ideas into elegant product experiences, this is for you.
Why This Role Matters
We’re moving too slow. Our UI is functional, but not exceptional. We’re not thinking 10x. Our design process is reactive, not strategic. We need someone who can bring speed, structure, and clarity—without sacrificing user experience or technical feasibility.
What You’ll Do
- Talk to users constantly. You’ll run interviews, test prototypes, and become the voice of our customer inside the company.
- Design and build better product experiences. Think like an engineer, design like a founder. You’ll reimagine core workflows with performance and simplicity in mind.
- Think 10x. Don’t settle for incremental UI tweaks. Propose and prototype bold improvements to the way users automate with Dapta.
- Lead the design system. Build the foundations—components, patterns, spacing, accessibility—to make our product feel coherent and fast.
- Bring technical intuition to product design. Understand how databases, APIs, and frontends work together. Know what’s easy, what’s hard, and what’s worth it.
- Code (optional but awesome). If you can prototype in React or build small tools yourself, that’s a huge plus. We love vibe coders who get things done.
What You’ll Need
- 3–6 years of experience in product design, with strong technical context
- You've shipped real software products—bonus if you’ve built internal tools or dev platforms
- Strong UX fundamentals paired with a clean, modern visual style
- Comfort working with data models, app architecture, and SaaS concepts
- You move fast, think in systems, and care deeply about product quality
- You thrive in early-stage chaos and bring clarity through design
