The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who’s equal parts technical marketer and social media native. This role is for someone who knows how to use modern marketing tools, thrives in high-velocity environments, and can help us grow our reach and user base through organic content and influencer strategies.
Your mission: help us drive massive reach in the U.S. through social-first growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage and grow our presence through organic content, trends, and creator collaborations.
- Run influencer and UGC outreach campaigns to generate consistent inbound traffic.
- Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Posthog, Typeform to execute growth experiments.
- Track performance metrics (views, reach, CTRs, sign-ups) and optimize campaigns weekly.
- Collaborate with the product and content team to align messaging and GTM efforts.
- Contribute to our creative engine — test hooks, titles, formats, and publishing cadences.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or growth role at a tech or SaaS company.
- Comfortable using a variety of marketing tools and APIs — ideally can set up automations, webhooks, and simple analytics dashboards.
- Deep understanding of internet culture and social media platforms (especially short-form video).
- Strong communicator — you can write, edit, and ideate content that resonates.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
- Bonus: basic video editing, graphic design, or experience with creators/influencers.
